Construction work on the new rugby complex, which will consist of six rugby fields, is now in top gear with a target completion date of November 2008.

The completion of the new venue will be just in time to host the annual Emirates Airline Dubai Rugby Sevens tournament which traditionally kick-starts the IRB Sevens World Series.
